We have received approval from the Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd., and today, October 20, 2011, we were listed on the JASDAQ market growth of the Osaka Securities Exchange. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support and patronage.

Since our establishment in March 2005, we have been developing new drugs in the fields of oncology and hematology/oncology, where there is a high medical need, in order to fill the "Underserved Therapeutic Areas" under our management philosophy of "Symbiosis" (create together, live together). In October last year, we obtained a new drug manufacturing and marketing approval for TREAKISYM, an anticancer drug that we have been developing since our establishment, and in addition, we were able to strengthen our business foundation by obtaining listing approval and going public. We will continue to fulfill our corporate mission by obtaining approval for many new drugs and bringing hope and happiness to patients, and at the same time, we will strive to expand our business performance to meet the expectations of all our stakeholders.
