Selection method
Step.1 Document screening
We will inform you of the results of the document screening within two weeks from the reception.

Step.2 First interview
The person in charge of human resources will interview you about your reasons for applying, your interest in our company, and your degree of interest.
Step.3 Second interview
The person in charge of the department will ask you more specifically about the content of your work and your experience so far. If necessary, a personality test/interview in English may be conducted.
Step.4 Executive interview
This will be your final interview.
